• Function description: Top Gainers/Losers. The only difference between Top Gainers and Top Losers is that when order=CHANGE_RATIO, direction is passed as ASC (Losers) and DESC (Gainers).
• Frequency limit: Market-data interfaces rate limit is 600 requests per minute.
